4. Receive a Payment Confirmation
Once accepted, your and your technician will receive a confirmation email.

Installment payments will be charged to your credit/debit card. Pre-authorisation of your credit/debit card may occur. Registration for Openpay, you must: be over 18, provide name, address, date of birth, email address, and 2 contact numbers. Have a valid Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card, Australian Passport, and Medicare card.

Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Be a permanent resident of Australia.
- Have a permanent job (at least 25 hours a week) or be on aged/veteran’s pension.
- Be sure you’re not insolvent (or declared bankrupt).
Terms and Conditions
Submit a completed Credit Schedule to an Eligible Merchant or by making an application to join humm using the humm Portal, you: a. offer to enter this Contract electronically; and, b. consent to providing acceptance electronically for the purposes of this Contract, the Direct Debit Service Agreement, the Identity Verification and the Privacy Consent. If your offer is accepted, humm will open a Revolving Credit Account (RCA) in your name. Repayments will be made by direct debit from the bank account or credit card or by any other manner approved by humm. If you have more than one Purchase Amount outstanding, humm will initiate separate direct debits for the repayment amounts that relate to each Purchase Amount. There is an establishment Fee or Repeat Purchase Fee for each purchase.
At the date of this Contract and each time you submit a Credit Schedule you acknowledge that:
- You are a permanent resident of Australia;
- You are permanently employed working at least 25 hours per week or receiving an aged or veterans pension;
- You are not an undischarged bankrupt or have reason to believe you are or may become Insolvent; and
- If Goods, Installation or Services are to be fitted or fixed in place so that they become a part of a property or dwelling then you are the owner of the domestic property or dwelling.
