As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic continues to evolve, we wanted to reach out and let you know what Omega Services is doing to keep you and your family safe.

We are taking this public health issue seriously and are following NSW Health’s recommendations to reduce the risk of transmission and infection to our community.

We are taking the below actions to make sure that not only are our staff safe but so are all of our customers:

  • Technicians are required to use hand sanitiser before and after every job
  • All vehicles are regularly disinfected
  • Technicians have disposable gloves and masks in their vehicles and will use them if requested (whilst stock remains available)
  • All staff are required to practice social distancing to avoid physical contact (e.g. handshakes)
  • Staff who have recently been overseas or in contact with a COVID-19 carrier are being quarantined for 14 days, requiring testing before returning to work

Despite the very best planning plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, hot water and drains issues can occur at any moment and these problems still need to be resolved.

Omega Services is staying open to support our community during this uncertain time.
