Our Response To COVID-19
We are open for business and ready to serve your plumbing, electrical & air conditioning needs.
Our team is committed to your family’s safety and health, here is what we are doing to help in that regard. To start with, we monitor our own health, if one of our employees feels ill, they will see a doctor or clinic. When our team comes to your home they glove up, put on shoe covers, if you request, they will wear a mask.
All of our trucks are equipped with spray disinfectant, protective covers for areas when we are in your home for any length of time, each tech keeps his own set of tools and will disinfect them after each visit.
We have set in place a Covid-19 protocol. Before we come to your home, we send you an email listing some things you as the homeowner can do to limit (or in some cases eliminate) the need for us to come into the home. While it is not possible to cover all applications, there are many situations where with your help we can do a tuneup or maintenance, even some repairs, from outside the home. We have stopped shaking hands with a no contact policy is in place. We will try to stay 1.5m away from customers at all times.
Today, communication is vital to our business, please let us know if anyone in the home has been exposed and is under quarantine, or if they are under a doctor’s care for the virus. We will take special care to work with those situations.
On another note, we would be remiss if we did not mention the fact that we do other solutions to indoor air quality issues. We have filters that can take out over 99% of airborne particles, UV lights that can help destroy viruses, air sterilisers to eradicate germs that are found in homes, similar to hand sanitisers we are now using daily. Can these products and systems eliminate the Covid-19 Virus completely? Only if you live in a petri dish in a lab. But they can certainly help and go a long way to set up a healthy home. Just to be clear, we have offered and sold these products for over a decade. We have a limited inventory that we are offering at pre-corona virus pricing.

Ducted Heating
Contrary to popular belief, ducted systems can be more effective and use fewer resources compared to portable heaters or individual split air conditioning systems. This is especially true for large homes with open plan layouts.
Combining the latest technologies like inverters, zones, sensors and multiple fuel sources, means you can target a room or heat your whole house. This ensures a low running cost and comfort all year round.
A ducted system can heat or cools every room in your home with ease. With modern climate control technology, you can set a desired temperature and forget about it. If designed and correctly installed, you should experience a comfortable even temperature room to room.
Ducted systems can be programmed to automatically turn on and off to save electricity or they can be controlled from your phone. Imagine being able to turn on your AC at the office, ready for when you come home.
Installations are discrete and work with any décor, all you see is a series of grilles. There are no cords, bulky wall mounted units or noises. Unlike window mounted and split air conditioners, ducted air conditioning systems are quiet. Fan noises stay in your roof cavity, under the floor or outside.
Our technicians take the time to find out what you are looking to achieve, assess your space, recommend a suitable system and install it.
Ducted Gas Systems
Ducted gas heating wraps your whole home in cosy warmth. A heating unit installed outside your home pumps gentle, warm air through a system of ducts to outlets positioned in your floors or ceilings. You have the power to heat either your whole house or just the parts you are using.
It’s safe, reliable, energy efficiency, and can reach your perfect temperature much faster than reverse cycle heating, so it’s cheaper to run too.
Being gasfitters for over 30 years, we can safely install, maintain and modify your ducted gas system. We are recognised installers for popular brands like Rinnai and Brivis.
Hybrid Systems
In this case, two systems are better as one. A complete climate controlled solution that connects a sensors, controllers, distribution fans, a reverse cycle condenser and a central gas unit into one neat ducted system.
Hybrid ducted systems deliver the power, efficiency and comfy warmth of gas heating, with cooling capabilities of an air conditioner. It significantly outperforms reverse cycle units in winter and can still cool in summer.
This highly efficient ducted and zoned system keep energy costs to a minimum, so you can live comfortably all year round, for less. Hybrid systems are popular in snow prone areas of the USA, where staying warm affordably on snow days is part of daily life.
Being experienced plumbers, gasfitters, electricians and air conditioning technicians we can customise your hybrid system to suit your needs.

Heating
Frequently Asked Questions
Gas central heating involves using a series of ducted units to maintain a consistent temperature in your home. You’ll be able to change your temperature using a central unit. Once you’ve set the temperature, your heating system will detect changes in your home. It only ever uses gas when you dip below your target setting, so you don’t need to worry about wasting money.
Your central heating system will draw air using a fan. This air then passes the air over a gas-heated unit to warm it up until it reaches your desired temperature. Once the air is ready, it’s pumped out through the ducted units located in your property. Those units could be anywhere, from the floor through to the walls. Their location will depend on your property’s structure, as well as what our plumbers feel is most efficient for your situation.
As central heating system experts, we can provide repairs and maintenance services. Our plumbers are stationed throughout Sydney. They all carry GPS trackers too. As a result, when you need us for an emergency heating repair, we can dispatch the nearest available person to you.
If your central heating isn’t working, try checking the thermostat setting. It may be that someone has turned it down or that you haven’t raised it high enough to combat the temperatures outside. If that doesn’t work, you may need a technician to identify the problem.
