Our Response To COVID-19
We are open for business and ready to serve your plumbing, electrical & air conditioning needs.
Our team is committed to your family’s safety and health, here is what we are doing to help in that regard. To start with, we monitor our own health, if one of our employees feels ill, they will see a doctor or clinic. When our team comes to your home they glove up, put on shoe covers, if you request, they will wear a mask.
All of our trucks are equipped with spray disinfectant, protective covers for areas when we are in your home for any length of time, each tech keeps his own set of tools and will disinfect them after each visit.
We have set in place a Covid-19 protocol. Before we come to your home, we send you an email listing some things you as the homeowner can do to limit (or in some cases eliminate) the need for us to come into the home. While it is not possible to cover all applications, there are many situations where with your help we can do a tuneup or maintenance, even some repairs, from outside the home. We have stopped shaking hands with a no contact policy is in place. We will try to stay 1.5m away from customers at all times.
Today, communication is vital to our business, please let us know if anyone in the home has been exposed and is under quarantine, or if they are under a doctor’s care for the virus. We will take special care to work with those situations.
On another note, we would be remiss if we did not mention the fact that we do other solutions to indoor air quality issues. We have filters that can take out over 99% of airborne particles, UV lights that can help destroy viruses, air sterilisers to eradicate germs that are found in homes, similar to hand sanitisers we are now using daily. Can these products and systems eliminate the Covid-19 Virus completely? Only if you live in a petri dish in a lab. But they can certainly help and go a long way to set up a healthy home. Just to be clear, we have offered and sold these products for over a decade. We have a limited inventory that we are offering at pre-corona virus pricing.

What Are Split System Air Conditioners?
A split system air conditioner consists of an outdoor compressor, thin pipes, electrical wiring, remote control and an indoor air handler.
The system contains refrigerant, a gas that transfers heat. In summer, warm air is circulated through your internal unit, filtered, cooled and then recirculated in the room. The refrigerant transfers heat and disperses it outside via the condenser unit.
The reverse happens in winter, to heat your home.
Better quality split system air conditioners have multi-stage filters to reduce pollen, dust and allergens which is especially important for asthmatics.
Unlike the all or nothing approach of older systems, modern split system air conditioning units are energy efficient. They use inverters, sensors and microchips to regulate compressor speed, this ensures a constant temperature saving money.
Multi Head Systems
Multi head split system air conditioners, have one outside condenser and multiple inside head units. They offer flexibility in usage and installation, for example, you may want a quiet small capacity unit in a bedroom but a powerful higher capacity unit the lounge room. Rather than having multiple outside units, a single outdoor unit is used to save space.
As there is no ducting, multi head installations can be used in apartments, shops and townhouses, where there isn’t space or access to fit a conventional duct system.
Like a hydra from Greek mythology, you can use one head or all heads at the same time. This targeted approach saves money while still being comfortable in the rooms you are using.
What are our split system AC prices?
No two jobs are the same – obviously an installation will have a different cost to a service or repair, but even jobs of the same type can vary. This is why we’ll take the time to assess your needs and your property before giving you a quote.
We’ll tell you how much the job will cost before we start any work and this price is then fixed – you won’t need to pay any more even if the job takes longer than expected.
If you want to spread the cost of the work we do for you, you can do this using OpenPay. This enables you to make weekly or monthly payments, completely interest-free, until the job is paid for.
How can you find out more about split system aircon?

Heating
Frequently Asked Questions
Gas central heating involves using a series of ducted units to maintain a consistent temperature in your home. You’ll be able to change your temperature using a central unit. Once you’ve set the temperature, your heating system will detect changes in your home. It only ever uses gas when you dip below your target setting, so you don’t need to worry about wasting money.
Your central heating system will draw air using a fan. This air then passes the air over a gas-heated unit to warm it up until it reaches your desired temperature. Once the air is ready, it’s pumped out through the ducted units located in your property. Those units could be anywhere, from the floor through to the walls. Their location will depend on your property’s structure, as well as what our plumbers feel is most efficient for your situation.
As central heating system experts, we can provide repairs and maintenance services. Our plumbers are stationed throughout Sydney. They all carry GPS trackers too. As a result, when you need us for an emergency heating repair, we can dispatch the nearest available person to you.
If your central heating isn’t working, try checking the thermostat setting. It may be that someone has turned it down or that you haven’t raised it high enough to combat the temperatures outside. If that doesn’t work, you may need a technician to identify the problem.
