We called Omega Services to come out and check out our broken kitchen tap having used their services in the past for other plumbing work. Edit: Mitchell arrived and was very friendly and helpful.Very friendly but weird booking process. Booked online, described problems, opted for afternoon visit. Got a call back quickly which was nice, asked to describe problem. Already did that online. Told to expect plumber at... 9am (which is fine, not the afternoon though), I'm regularly up late so thought I'd sleep until then. Missed "courtesy" calls as phone on silent, they were trying to confirm I'm around. Thus job was delayed til later today. I was already told 9am so yes I am around. Andrew and Adam from Omega Plumbing and Home Services did an excellent job in renewing my Sewerage and complete drainage system of my old home in Winston Hills. Matt and Jarred initially did the investigation and provided very courteous and professional service. Our drainage issue was reviewed by Jarrad and Ryan. The floors in our house and outside paved areas were covered by Omega to avoid damage. They were very thorough and professional. A mixed review. Very happy with initial response and quote. Was told two workers would be back to drain and remove old water heater. Ben arrived on his own. He was polite and efficient but it was not fair on him or us as my husband had to help him remove the heater which was... extremely heavy and awkward. The heater would not have been removed if my husband hadn't helped. We did pay for this so shouldn't have had to help. On a brighter note, both William and Jarden arrived to install the new heater. Both were very friendly and efficient and the job was successfully completed. I think Omega should ensure that their workers are supported with sufficient staff to carry out what is required.read more

My parents have had a few jobs completed by Omega over the years. They always rave about the staff & the great tradies they have. My husband decided to give them a go recently for a plumbing issue we had. He called, they came out the same day & gave us a price to complete the... repair. The next day a team arrived, on time I will add, & completed the work. My husband arrived home & had a few questions about the work he wasn’t sure about so he called the Omega. Spoke to a lady called Natalie who assured us her Manager would call back the next morning by 10:00. Yeah right, you never get that promised call back. How wrong we were! A lady called Jackie called back at 9:30. She listened to our concerns & went through the work completed with my husband. Problem solved. First Adam arrived promptly and strongly encouraged me to watch him jet the sewer line so I could understand any problems as to why sewerage overflowed outside and my house flooded with bath water. Understandably I was extremely anxious and upset with houseful of guests and... toilets not working properly and the prospect of major work to pipes. Reassured by projects manager who had Stephen and Nick arrived within couple of hours. They were joined by Todd who all had the main area of concrete cut up quickly and left tidy for main pipe replacement the next day. From the moment I called Omega Home Services, Ryan was the first to come out, our water heater was leaking. Of course it has to be replaced. Being the long weekend, Ryan left his number in case water heater broke down further, and Ryan said Omega would put in a temporary water... heater, well the heater broke down that same afternoon a temporary heater was installed.The service was prompt and efficient. By Tuesday new water heater installed. They left the place clean , took away the old water heater. I highly recommend Omega Home Services.read more

I tried Omega to fix a long standing intermittent issue with my air conditioning that another service company had on two consecutive years failed to identify, said there was nothing wrong and charged me a callout fee.Although Omega didn't fix it completely on the first... attempt, they came back without question, and at no charge, and found the issue on the second attempt. We used Omega to inspect our drain due to blockage in the toilet. After the inspection, it was determined that our whole sewer line needed replacing. They started working next day. The guys from Omega (especially Romer, Steve and Josh) were always professional, polite, early to... arrive and good at communicating what was happening during the process. Nelson from Omega Services came and installed a brand new hot water system for us last week. The water heater delivered the first time was found to be faulty. Nelson and his colleague immediately got in touch with the company and quickly arranged for its replacement. The new one... was delivered right next day. In the meantime, to make sure that we did not have to suffer a 24-hour waiting period without hot water running in the house during winter time, Nelson and his colleague installed us a temporary hot-water system. Then, Nelson returned the next day and installed the new system for us straight away, and also gave us some good tips on how to use and maintain the new system. Overall, we are very happy about the services provided by Nelson and by Omega Services. Highly recommended!read more
