Surviving the 2020 toilet roll riots

Why can’t we get toilet paper?

I don’t know about you, but I have had enough of the social media toilet paper rants and memes. Being a family of 4 we haven’t been able to purchase toilet paper from Coles, Woolworths, ALDI or IGA for 2 weeks, the situation is looking dire. With the one pack limit by Coles and Woolworths, people must be smurfing store to store until they get cut off. Service staff are clearly over being asked about the next delivery.

Who would have thought, toilet paper would be the true equaliser in society?

Shelves are empty in many parts of Europe and USA, but Australians have taken to stockpiling with zeal.

Manufacturers of Kleenex and Quilton (ABC Tissue) assure us they have plenty of raw material and are running their facilities around the clock to keep up with demand. So, this begs the question, what is the average household supposed to use instead of toilet paper?

Looking for a toilet paper-free solution?

We install free-standing bidets & bidettes (a ceramic bowl which squirting from above or below), Japanese style douching seats and retrofitted handheld wands.

We are noticing that many every day Australian’s are looking for a toilet paper-free option as a backup. They don’t want to dedicate the space for a free-standing unit and are opting for a Japanese style douching seat or handheld wand.

Due to regulatory concerns about contaminated drinking water, you will want a pressure limiting valve and appropriate backflow valve fitted to comply with Australian standards AS/NZS 3500.1.2015, but more importantly, it makes sure your experience is pleasant.
